Life Spiral

Materials: inks, paper

Technique: calligraphy

Size: 22 x 32 cm

Description: The spiral shape reflects the universal pattern of growth and evolution, and since ancient times has been used to symbolise the cosmos and human spirituality. The words describe the progress of our life from birth to death – small beginnings blossom into full potential then shrivel and fade ….the tiny bud of one’s life unfurls and blossoms into a unique creation then slowly shrivels to be absorbed into the collective mists of eternity.
